|NMMST 8K Ocean Theater
The theater utilizes an advanced projection system produced by "Delta Electronics," featuring the first high-brightness 8K laser projector in Taiwan. It is also the first 8K projection theater in the country.
In order to provide visitors with a sense of entering the ocean from the moment they step into the theater lobby, the overall design is centered around a blue color scheme, complemented by jellyfish-shaped lights hanging from the ceiling, creating a fresh and lively atmosphere. Inside the theater, a deep blue ocean ambiance is created, with projected images of ocean waves and bubbles on the walls, immediately immersing visitors in a strong maritime atmosphere.
In terms of the interior facilities of the theater, each screening can accommodate approximately 300 visitors. The theater features a giant screen that is approximately 22 meters high and 29 meters wide.

【Legend of Lost Ships】

- Introduction:The Bureau of Cultural Heritage under the Ministry of Culture has spent two years producing the "Underwater Archaeology Documentary - Secrets of the Sunken Ships," the first complete underwater archaeology documentary in Taiwan. The filming team and archaeologists braved strong ocean currents and immense water pressure, diving to a depth of 40 meters, all to present the rare sight of the sunken ship site to the public. The film also includes an overseas interview with Ms. Zhou Yuan, a survivor of the "President Hoover" shipwreck that occurred over 70 years ago. Through her firsthand experience, the film reveals the hidden stories from that significant era.
