1. This is an electronic ticket (QR Code) and a physical ticket will not be sent separately.
2. Present your electronic voucher (QR code) at the redemption counter, show the QR code to the staff to exchange or scan it at the kiosk .

※ Suitable For:

• Seniors aged 65 and over with foreign passport or resident certificate.
• Children aged 6-12 (115cm-150cm) with passport or resident certificate.

※ Please get your hand stamped by the staff at the entrance for one day reentry permit if you wish to visit different parks and the store street alongside.

▏Safety Precautions for Green Green Grasslands

• The garden area sits on a sharply sloped area. Children are prohibited from running around without adult supervision.
• Please take the designated footpath for safety purposes.
• Please note limits when using recreational facilities.
• No aerial filming drones, open flames, cooking, and grass sliding. No pets within the premises.
• In case of emergency, please contact service personnel immediately.
• Please carefully read through tourist guidelines.

｜Redemption

• No returns or refunds will be accepted for any redeemed products or gifts in the package.
• Please be sure to check the business hours of the redemption location. If you are unable to redeem during the specified hours, please redeem during other normal business hours within the valid period.
• This ticket is limited to one person per use. Each electronic ticket can only be used once, and it cannot be reused after verification for entry.
